Welcome to our holiday flat BergOase in Scheidegg

No matter whether you are coming to the Allgäu to hike, are on a business trip, want to discover nature alone, as a couple or with the whole family, are visiting relatives or friends or simply want to enjoy a few days of peace and quiet.

For all of this, our BergOase holiday apartment the ideal temporary home.

We want our guests to feel comfortable with us and that is why we have furnished the BergOase exactly according to our ideas of comfort and modernity.

Since spring 2020, we have been offering our small and large guests a bright, spacious and modernly furnished holiday apartment of over 55m² for up to two adults and two children (up to approx. 12 years old) in the popular Rosenalm holiday resort.

The BergOase has a fully equipped and modern kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, SMEG & Senseo coffee machine (coffee powder & pads included), toaster, children's crockery, kettle (tea included) and many other high-quality cooking utensils .

In the bedroom you can spend relaxing hours in our comfortable box spring bed (180x200) and our children's house bed (90x200 each) - there are also electric shutters to completely darken the windows.

The newly renovated bathroom has a waterfall shower, toilet, sink, towel heater, hairdryer and many useful hygiene items such as shampoo and shower gel.

In the living area there is a comfortable sofa, a wing chair, a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Zattoo, a Bose sound system, WiFi and many different puzzles, children's and board games.

Especially for our little and youngest guests there is a baby bed, a high chair, painting materials, toy cars, hidden object books, Duplo and many other age-appropriate games.

In addition, the parking lot is right in front of the house, if necessary, bicycles can be stored dry in the bicycle cellar next door and the fitness room with two table tennis tables and a coin-operated washing machine + dryer is also in the adjacent building.

In the morning, depending on the season, you can enjoy the sunrise over the Floriansberg with a hot drink from the green or snow-covered balcony and then enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh rolls from the Zendler bakery, just a few meters away.

Our personal highlight is the in-house wellness area with heated indoor pool and sauna, which invites you to relax from morning to evening. And best of all: you can use it unlimitedly and free of charge throughout your entire stay.

Our holiday guests can use the entire apartment, the adjacent wellness area and the fitness room to their heart's content. In addition, a private parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the apartment.

We are available to our guests at any time during their entire stay in person, by telephone or via email.

Our BergOase holiday apartment is part of the popular 'Rosenalm' apartment complex. In the main building there is the wellness area, the fitness room, a bakery with a café and a beautiful outdoor terrace. There is also a hairdresser, a cosmetics & massage studio and a coin-operated washing machine with dryer in the house.

In the immediate vicinity is the Sportalm with a mini golf course, climbing hall and a restaurant.

The center of Scheidegg can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. There are various cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, sports shops with e-bike/ski rentals, kiosks and much more.

Not far away from the apartment, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the centre of Scheidegg anf further connections in the direction of Austria, Swiss and Lace Constance.

The price includes all ancillary costs, use of the pool and sauna, private parking, final cleaning, bed linen, crockery and towels package and WiFi.

The tourist tax in Scheidegg is currently EUR 2.20 per day for adults and EUR 0.70 for children.

After paying the spa fee, all guests in Scheidegg receive the Allgäu-Walser guest card free of charge. This enables discounts at many leisure facilities in the region, free or discounted participation in guided hikes in and around Scheidegg, free travel on public buses in the Lindau district and much more.
